WARRANTY

Your violin is guaranteed against defects of workmanship and quality for 10 days. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify us within this ten day window.

Should there be a need, your violin can be sent back for an exchange. We MUST BE NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE before a return is to be sent. Otherwise it will arrive back at our warehouse and we will have no way of connecting your return to the anonymous violin on our delivery room shelves.

Damage caused by misuse, modification of any kind, or neglect will automatically void warranty.
